獨立單元回轉庫，具有數(shù)控回轉庫相同的原理和功能，它將箱斗橫向分隔為若干個存儲單元，每一個存儲單元對應一個獨立的控制門。這樣可以避免數(shù)控回轉庫箱斗運行停止后，可以在整個箱斗中取走任何物料。特別對高附加值物料存取，具有安全、準確、快速的特點。通過掃碼或輸入物料編碼，設備將自動運行，到達存儲單元運行位置后，控制門將自動彈開，從而完成物料的自動存取。同時系統(tǒng)將記錄物料的數(shù)量、所在存儲單元的位置，以方便查詢、追溯及自動盤存。
